Draughtsman/woman

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create preliminary design sketches for conceptual analysis.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Extensive working knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit, to be able to prepare detailed technical drawings efficiently for residential projects.
- Interpersonal skills to work within a team, taking direction from Project Managers and Engineers
- Time management skills to complete error-free work with multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Work closely with architects, engineers and other professionals to achieve project objectives and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards and specifications are met.

**Qualifications**:

- **Diploma / B.Tech** in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in Drafter or related fields.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, etc.), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Familiarity with construction methods and materials.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure drawings are accurate according to specifications
- Able to communicate in English language.
- Willing to start job early in the morning.

Pay: ₹10,706.48 - ₹15,342.57 per month
