- Visiting customers at their locations to collect payments or recover outstanding dues.
- Negotiating payment arrangements and timelines with customers based on company policies.
- Maintaining accurate records of collections, payments, and customer interactions.
- Resolving customer queries and addressing concerns related to billing and payments.
- Following up with delinquent customers to ensure timely payments.
- Updating the collection team and management on collection activities and progress.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations during collection activities.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to facilitate smooth collections.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Location**:
