**Full Job Description**
- Counseling the prospects about Colleges / Universities and the courses offered
- Should have minimum 1 year-3 years of experience in Tellecalling.
- Handling the Phone calls, answering queries of all the clients, updating the database of the contact details, performing in terms of follow-up actions for the phone enquiries etc. to ensure conversions.
- Advise and guide on different stages
- Give clear and accurate information based on the immigration policies and visa laws
- Proactively respond to client queries and adhering to the company's policy.
- Assist in any other relevant duties as assigned by the Senior Management Team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
