**Trainee Supervisor - Civil Engineering (Fresher)**

**Location**: Perundurai, Erode, Tamil Nadu

**Job Type**: Full-time, Entry-Level
**Department**: Construction / Site Operations
**Reporting To**: Senior Engineer / Project Manager

**Duration & Pay**:
Training period: ~3 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month
Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) & Employee State Insurance (ESI) available

**Work Schedule**:
Shift during training: 7 AM-7 PM (12-hour day shifts)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Learn and assist in the entire granite production process: cutting, polishing, quality checking
- Support senior supervisors in managing daily operations and the workforce
- Maintain inventory and production logs
- Ensure safety protocols are followed
- Handle coordination between departments (e.g., quarry, logistics)

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering — freshers welcome
- Preferably Tamil Nadu residents under selection criteria
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
