Andrologist

**Key Responsibilities:Andrology Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and manage male reproductive conditions such as azoospermia, oligospermia, varicocele, erectile dysfunction, and testicular disorders.
- Perform and supervise procedures like TESA, PESA, and Micro-TESE for sperm retrieval.
- Interpret semen analysis, hormonal panels, genetic reports, and scrotal ultrasounds.
- Collaborate with embryologists and IVF teams in ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) cycles, including IVF and ICSI.
- Educate and counsel male patients regarding lifestyle, medical, or surgical interventions to improve fertility.

**Endocrinology Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and treat endocrine disorders affecting fertility, such as PCOS, thyroid disorders, hyperprolactinemia, diabetes, adrenal disorders, and pituitary gland abnormalities.
- Manage hormonal imbalances in both male and female patients that impact reproduction and general health.
- Interpret endocrine lab investigations and imaging reports to tailor individual treatment plans.
- Coordinate with gynecologists, urologists, and fertility consultants for multidisciplinary care.
- Provide hormone replacement therapies or medication-based interventions where appropriate.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
