- Diploma in Mechanical Engineer
- **Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in CNC machine operation in CNC Bending Sheet Metal, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proven experience with CNC bending machines and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- **In-depth understanding of CNC bending machine operations and maintenance.**:

- Familiarity with blueprint reading, technical drawings, and bending processes.
- Knowledge of quality control practices and production processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position typically requires working in a manufacturing environment, which may be noisy and require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Shift work may be required, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent walking, bending, and twisting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
