Medical Sales & Service Executive (MSSE) / Medical Diagnostic Coordinator responsible for delivering and managing diagnostic services—**Home ECG, Holter Monitoring, Extended Patch Holter (14-30 days), and Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM)**—at home and facility-based locations. The role aims to ensure **accurate diagnostics, timely report submissions**, and **high patient satisfaction**, while contributing to **service-driven revenue growth**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit **cardiologists, hospitals, and clinics** to prescribe this diagnostic services.
- Conduct **installation, patient briefing, and removal** of Holter, Extended Holter, and ABPM devices.
- Ensure **proper lead placement**, device functionality, and **patient compliance**.
- Upload diagnostic data to **Cloud/CRM systems** for analysis and reporting.
- Liaise with **backend teams** to ensure timely and accurate report delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness, operational readiness, and safety of all medical devices.
- Deliver **patient-centric service**, including responding to basic queries.
- Maintain **detailed records** and submit **daily/weekly reports**.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: B.Sc. or Diploma in Nursing, Paramedical, Biomedical, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in field healthcare, diagnostics, or homecare (preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of ECG/Holter/ABPM systems (training provided).
- Effective communication in **local language** and **basic English**.
- Willingness to **travel locally** (own 2-wheeler & laptop required).

Pay: ₹10,083.39 - ₹25,513.29 per month
