Roles & Responsibilities:

- Understand the engineering drawings and specifications to plan layout, assembly and welding operations
- Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)
- Take accurate measurements and make calculations to complete the job
- Layout and position parts and assemblies according to the specifications
- Weld components and assemblies using welding equipment
- Test the welded surfaces for tolerance, weld quality and conformance to specifications
- Fabricate based on the specifications and drawings using hand tools, machine tools and welding equipment
- Detailed knowledge and experience of fabrication processes such as laser cutting, plasma cutting, bending, fit-up, and welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, ARC welding, etc.
- Knowledge of materials, tools, consumables used in fabrication.

**Experience**:
Sheet metal: 5 years welding & MIG welding: 5 years (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
