**JOB TITLE**:
Piping Engineer

**REPORTS TO**:
Director - Engineering

**JOB LOCATION**:
Gurgaon, India

**Key Skills**:
Perform the stress analysis of lines related to static and rotating equipment, air coolers, heaters, etc by using Caesar II software.

Locate, design and modelling support for various piping system and perform the required calculations.

Stress analysis concepts and be able to solve critical stress and nozzle load Issues

Piping support design

Calculate and estimated piping loads on piping racks, structures, vessel s platforms.

Create the stress analysis isometrics including all required data for support definition

Calculate and select variable and constant spring hanger

Preparation, review and issuance of PMS, VMS, specification & standards.

Responsible for preparation, review and issue of documents related to piping materials MTO for procurement, MR / PR, etc.

Preparation and review of datasheets for piping specialty items Technical. bid analysis. Vendor offer / drawing review. Interface with other departments for providing design input. Interaction with Vendors / Clients / Third party members.

Knowledge of relevant Code and Standards. Knowledge of ASME material & API piping codes. Highly motivated with an innovative and analytical mind. Demonstrates ability to work in a team. Prior experience in Technical bid analysis

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
Relevant experience of 2-7 years in Piping Design.

Graduate in B.Tech./ B.E./MTech (Mechanical l)

Comfortable in travelling for work

**KEY RELATIONSHIPS**:
Manages key business relationships with clients and with Technology Business Unit

Managerial teams in India and Houston.
