**1. Paid Advertising Specialist**
- Expert in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
- Experience in creating and optimizing search, display, and video campaigns
- Proven track record in managing substantial ad budgets
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics
- Portfolio demonstrating successful PPC campaigns required

**2. LinkedIn & B2B Marketing Specialist**
- Extensive experience with LinkedIn Ads and B2B marketing strategies
- Skilled in lead generation and account-based marketing
- Understanding of B2B content strategy
- Experience in targeting decision-makers and C-suite executives
- Portfolio of successful B2B campaigns required

**3. SEO & Website Design Specialist**
- Proven expertise in technical SEO and on-page optimization
- Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms
- Knowledge of current SEO best practices and algorithm updates
- Website design and optimization skills
- Portfolio of successful SEO projects and website designs required

- Portfolio of past work and case studies
- References from previous clients

**Project Payment Structure**:

- Compensation determined per project based on scope, complexity, and duration
- Clear project briefs and deliverables provided before commencement
- Milestone-based payments
- Performance bonuses for exceptional results
- **Payment : 30% of the Service fee we Charge for Clients.**
