**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist senior architects in the
- preparation of **design concepts, 2D/3D models**, and **renderings**.
- Create and edit **architectural drawings** using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Support the preparation of **working drawings**, presentations, and documentation.
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and prepare site reports when required.
- Collaborate with team members and coordinate with consultants on ongoing projects.
- Ensure drawings and documents comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Stay updated on materials, trends, and new software in architecture and design.
- **Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **SketchUp**, **Photoshop**, and preferably **Revit/BIM tools**.
- Basic knowledge of building regulations, construction detailing, and architectural standards.
- Strong communication and visualization skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
