As a Subject Matter Expert in Mathematics for Grades 1 to 5, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and enhancing curriculum content and educational materials. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping effective teaching strategies and resources that engage young learners and promote strong foundational math skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and create grade-appropriate math curriculum materials that align with educational standards and best practices.
- Ensure content is engaging and accessible to all learners, including those with diverse learning needs.
- **Content Review and Enhancement**:

- Review existing math materials for accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.
- Update and improve lesson plans, assessments, and interactive activities based on feedback and educational research.
- **Teaching Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with educators to develop effective teaching strategies, including differentiated instruction techniques.
- Provide guidance on the use of technology and digital resources in math instruction.
- **Training and Support**:

- Conduct training sessions or workshops for teachers and educational staff on effective math instruction techniques and materials.
- Offer ongoing support and consultation to educators regarding best practices in math education.
- **Assessment Creation**:

- Develop and review assessment tools to measure student understanding and track progress in accordance with grade-level standards.
- Analyze assessment data to recommend improvements in instructional materials and methods.
- **Research and Trends**:

- Stay current with the latest research, teaching methodologies, and educational trends in elementary mathematics.
- Integrate innovative and evidence-based practices into curriculum development.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience teaching mathematics at the elementary level (Grades 1-5), preferably in a curriculum development role.
- **Certification**: State teaching certification in mathematics education is a plus

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
