**Job description**
- To carry out design and detailing process from conception to construction documentation to ensure consistency of design idea.
- To conduct field surveys, on-site meetings and project meetings and coordinate schedule reviews and submit samples.
- To carry out calculations, make estimates, technical specifications and reports.
- To document on-site observations and reviews.
- To attend client meetings.
- To ensure accuracy of complete working drawing sets and perform project research and consultant co-ordinations.
- Handling the preparation of bid documents and requests for proposals.
- To plan and monitor the work of team members for on-time completion within budget through stages of projects.
- To monitor project costs and maintain separate sheets for all projects being handled.
- To prepare project status reports/site reports/minutes of meetings.
- Team handling experience.
- Proactive
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Go-Getter Attitude
- Must have experience in Metro projects

Work Remotely
- No

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
