**Operating Grinding Machines**:Setting up, adjusting, and operating various types of grinding machines, including surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, and others.
- **Interpreting Drawings**:Understanding and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine grinding requirements.
- **Selecting Grinding Wheels**:Choosing the appropriate abrasive wheels for the specific material and desired finish.
- **Setting Machine Parameters**:Determining and setting the correct speeds, feeds, and other machine parameters for optimal grinding.
- **Performing Grinding Operations**:Performing grinding operations, including rough grinding, finish grinding, and deburring.
- **Quality Control**:Inspecting finished parts for accuracy, dimension, and surface finish, using measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- **Machine Maintenance**:Performing routine maintenance on grinding machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
- **Following Safety Procedures**:Adhering to all safety procedures and protocols related to grinding machine operation and materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
