Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial reports, draft budget reports, actual vs. budget analysis, carry out internal audits, and examine financial records or statements
- Ensure local, state, and federal laws and regulations are followed when creating financial records.
- Perform regular, detailed internal audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investments
- Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Perform regular business administration, and financial reporting, and keep all financial records, financial documents, and accounting systems up to date
- Establish accounting policies and procedures, strategic planning and organizational budget and help in planning for long-term financial goals
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements
- Work closely with the M&A teams and analyze financial reports as part of due diligence process

Qualifications:

- BSc degree in Accounting or Finance and a CPA certification ( master's degree in accounting or business administration is preferable)
- Certified Public Accountant
- Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant or Senior Accountant
- Advanced spreadsheet and MS Excel knowledge (familiarity with formulas, VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

- Experience with IT companies, preferably SaaS
- High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift
- Good internet access at home at least 25 MBPS
- Mobile Hotspot
- Laptop/Desktop of at least 16 GB
