Shift Timing: 09:00 am to 18:00 IST
Working Days: 6 Days
Experience**:1-2 Years**
Industry Preference: IT, Banking, or Retail
Salary Range: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
- Provide comprehensive training on business products to all new employees.
- Identify training needs within the sales team and offer necessary support.
- Conduct periodic training need analysis to assess and bridge skill gaps.
- Facilitate behavioral and leadership training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Guide and support trainees throughout their learning journey.
- Ensure excellent communication and convincing skills are instilled in the team.
- Maintain training-related data and generate analytical reports on Excel as required.
- Oversee the successful completion of new hire training programs, coaching sessions, and performance improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **1-2 years**of experience in training, preferably in IT, Banking, or Retail sectors.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage trainees effectively.
- Proficiency in conducting training programs for sales teams.
- Experience in behavior and leadership training is an advantage.
- Skilled in data management and report analysis on Excel.
