**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a **Motion Graphic Designer** to join our creative team. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms. You will collaborate with our design and marketing teams to develop creative concepts that communicate messages effectively through animation and video content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and videos for social media, websites, product demonstrations, advertising, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to develop visual concepts and storyboards.
- Design motion graphics for video productions, including typography, logos, and other graphic elements.
- Incorporate sound, music, and visual effects into motion designs to enhance the overall creative output.
- Ensure consistency in visual style and branding across all motion graphics projects.
- Edit and optimize videos for various platforms, ensuring they are engaging and meet platform-specific requirements (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
- Work with feedback and revisions from stakeholders to refine animations and videos.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Motion Graphic Designer** or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in **motion graphics software** such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent tools.
- Strong skills in **video editing software** such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid understanding of **animation principles**, including timing, pacing, and movement.
- Strong grasp of **graphic design principles** and the ability to integrate motion graphics with static designs.
- Experience with **3D animation** is a plus.
- Knowledge of **typography, color theory, and composition**.
- Ability to work with sound effects, music, and voiceovers to enhance video quality.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset to deliver visually appealing animations.
- Strong **communication skills** to collaborate effectively with teams and present creative ideas.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **UI/UX animations** and creating animated prototypes.
- Familiarity with **interactive design** and using motion for user experiences.
- Basic knowledge of **photography** and **videography**.
- Understanding of **social media trends** and best practices for video content.

Pay: ₹10,145.06 - ₹30,901.36 per month
