**Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging graphics for social media, e-learning content, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Create illustrations, infographics, posters, and banners aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist in developing visual assets for the company website and therapy worksheets.
- Collaborate with therapists, marketing, and content teams for campaign creatives.
- Edit short promotional videos, reels, and client testimonial highlights.

**Skills Required**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro or CapCut).
- Basic understanding of design principles and branding.
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- A portfolio of sample work (academic or freelance).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with designing for healthcare, education, or non-profit domains.
- Ability to illustrate and adapt content for children and therapy-based materials.
- Motion graphics or animation knowledge is a plus.
