**Job Summary**:
**Profile Summary**:
A highly skilled and experienced Fire Hydrant Engineer with extensive knowledge in the design, installation, and maintenance of fire hydrant systems. With over 2 years of hands-on experience in fire protection infrastructure, I have successfully managed and enhanced water distribution systems for optimal fire flow, ensuring compliance with national and local fire safety regulations. Proven expertise in troubleshooting, system upgrades, and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve fire protection across municipal, industrial, and commercial sectors. Adept in using hydraulic modeling software and conducting site inspections to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of hydrant systems.

**Skills & Expertise**:
Fire Hydrant System Design: Expertise in designing and planning the layout of hydrant systems that meet fire flow requirements and regulatory standards.

Hydraulic Analysis & Modeling: Proficient in hydraulic modeling tools (e.g., EPANET, WaterGEMS) to analyze and optimize water pressure and flow for fire protection.

Maintenance & Testing: In-depth experience in inspecting, maintaining, and testing fire hydrants to ensure they are fully operational and in compliance with fire codes.

Troubleshooting & Repair: Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing fire hydrant issues, including pressure problems, leaks, and malfunctioning components.

Code Compliance: Extensive knowledge of NFPA, AWWA, and local fire codes, ensuring all hydrant systems are up to code and safe for use.

Project Management: Proven ability to lead and manage fire hydrant-related projects, from installation to system upgrades and emergency repairs.

Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to coordinate with fire departments, civil engineers, contractors, and utility companies to ensure effective fire protection strategies.

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Fire Protection Engineering (or a related field).

2+ years of hands-on experience in fire hydrant design, installation, maintenance, or related fire protection engineering roles.

Strong knowledge of fire codes (NFPA), water distribution systems, and fire hydrant functionality.

Proficiency with hydraulic modeling software (e.g., EPANET, WaterGEMS), AutoCAD, and GIS platforms.

Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Experience with large-scale fire hydrant or water distribution system projects.

**Preferred**:
Certification in fire protection or water distribution (e.g., NICET, AWWA).

Experience working with municipal water systems and fire departments.

Familiarity with project lifecycle management and cost estimation for fire protection infrastructure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
