**Job Title: Sales Executive (Jewelry)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively engage with customers to understand their jewelry preferences and desires.
- Present and demonstrate jewelry products, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer needs.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on product selection, style trends, and gemstone characteristics.
- Effectively communicate the craftsmanship, quality, and value of our jewelry offerings.
- Close sales transactions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotional events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the Jewelry industry or a similar luxury goods sector.
- Strong understanding of gemstones, metals, and jewelry design principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse clientele and provide exceptional customer service.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales metrics.
- A passion for jewelry and an eye for design aesthetics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
