**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop creative and visually engaging designs for print, web, and multimedia platforms, including advertisements, brochures, posters, social media content, and more.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure the design meets the technical and creative needs of each project.
- **Branding & Visual Identity**: Assist in creating and maintaining consistent visual branding across all media.
- **Technical Integration**: Leverage your mechanical engineering background to incorporate technical details into design concepts where needed (such as product designs, schematics, etc.).
- **Revision and Refinement**: Revise designs based on feedback, ensuring the highest quality and client satisfaction.
- **Tools**: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar design tools.
- **Innovation**: Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to deliver fresh and modern designs.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering** (a combination of engineering and design expertise is highly valued).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both creativity and technical skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools. Familiarity with UI/UX design tools is a plus.
- **Design Skills**: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional ability to spot design flaws and work toward perfection.
- **Problem Solving**: Use engineering problem-solving skills to approach design challenges, bringing innovative solutions to the table.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
- **Location**: Based in or willing to relocate to **Cochin, Kerala**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in designing for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of 3D design or CAD tools is a plus, given the engineering background.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles for web and mobile design.
