
Academic Co-ordinator

The Academic Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the effective administration and coordination of academic programs and services. This position requires strong organisational skills, an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to enhancing the academic experience for both students and faculty.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Program Administration**:
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations of academic programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of academic policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
**Student Support**:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for students regarding academic inquiries and issues.
- Provide guidance and support to students on academic matters, including course selection and academic planning.
- Coordinate academic advising and mentoring programs.
**Faculty Coordination**:
- Collaborate with faculty to schedule classes, meetings, and other academic events.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of course materials and syllabi.
- Facilitate communication between faculty and administration.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Manage academic records and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation related to academic programs.
- Coordinate the logistics of academic events, such as orientations, graduations, and seminars.
**Quality Assurance**:
- Monitor academic progress and performance, identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Assist in accreditation processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Implement and manage feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Participate in institutional committees and working groups as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Master's Degree in English (optional)
- Previous experience in academic administration or a related role is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Commitment to student success and a passion for education.
**Benefits**:
Pay: ₹16,211.32 - ₹50,000.00 per month
