**Job Brief**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed drawings and technical documentation for machine designs, product designs, and components.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate conceptual ideas and specifications into accurate and comprehensive drawings.
- Create 3D models & 2D Models using drafting software including SolidWorks, and AutoCAD, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on feasibility, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness of proposed designs.
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluations of designs to optimize performance, efficiency, and durability.
- Maintain accurate documentation of drawings, revisions, and design changes throughout the development process.
- Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to provide technical support during the fabrication, assembly, and testing phases.
- Stay updated on advancements in drafting technology, manufacturing processes, and ribbon cartridge industry trends.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing innovative design solutions, process enhancements, and efficiency improvements.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a draftsman in a manufacturing unit, with a focus on machine and product design.
- Proficiency in drafting software such as SolidWorks, Solid Edge, and AutoCAD (2D/3D).
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Mold Design and industry standards is preferred.
- Familiarity with 3D printers and additive manufacturing technologies.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and precision in drafting and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently and prioritize tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
