**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed student enrollment targets for various programs.
- Identify, engage, and nurture prospective students and parents through presentations, counseling sessions, and follow-ups.
- Build and manage relationships with schools, tuition centers, and educational consultants to expand outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Organize and participate in events such as open houses, education fairs, and school outreach programs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in sales, admissions, or a similar target-driven role.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads effectively.
- Flexibility to travel and attend events as needed.
- Experience in education sales or student recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
