**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw footage into compelling documentary-style videos.
- Collaborate closely with producers and content creators to achieve creative vision.
- Enhance videos using B rolls, motion graphics, effects, titles, and animations using Adobe After Effects.
- Ensure consistency in style, quality, and tone across all video projects.
- Manage and organize video assets effectively.
- Adhere to project deadlines and manage time efficiently.
- Provide creative input and suggest improvements during the editing process.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of documentary storytelling and narrative pacing.
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a video editor, specifically with documentary-style content.
- Portfolio showcasing previous documentary editing projects.
