We are looking for a **Sales & Marketing Assistant** to handle direct customer interactions, pitch packaging solutions, and generate new leads. This role requires **daily engagement with customers, setting up meetings, and cold calling via IndiaMART.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Directly deal with customers daily, understanding their packaging needs.
- **Sales Pitching**: Present and explain product offerings, ensuring customers get the best-fit packaging solutions.
- **Lead Generation & Cold Calling**: Contact potential clients via IndiaMART and other channels to generate business leads.
- **Meeting Scheduling**: Set up and manage sales meetings with prospective clients.
- **Follow-ups & Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Market Research**: Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Schedule:
