**Responsibilities**
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy implementation.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and payroll.
- Streamline operations and improve process efficiency.
- Handle office administration, vendor management, and compliance.
- Organize internal training, events, and documentation.
- Monitor daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify areas for process improvement and cost efficiency.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports.
- Support strategic planning and implementation of operational goals.
- Supervise general office administration and facility management.
- Maintain company records, legal documents, and compliance reports.
- Organize meetings, travel, and corporate events.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and teams.

**Qualifications**
- Pursuing/completed degree in BBA, MBA or related field
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Familiarity with Excel, MS Office or HR software is a plus

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
