Databricks Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive Databricks training programs for clients and internal teams.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions, adjusting content based on audience needs and skill levels.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to learners following training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and iterate based on feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and trends in Databricks and data analytics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or training, with a focus on data analytics and Databricks preferred.
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles and analytics workflows.
- Proficiency in using Databricks and other relevant data tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience designing training materials and curriculum.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring others.
