**Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and target potential clients in international markets.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.

2. **Sales Presentations**:

- Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.
- Customize presentations based on client requirements and industry trends.

3. **Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving business needs.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

4. **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Conduct negotiations to finalize terms and conditions.
- Work closely with the client and internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective closing techniques.

5. **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding market dynamics and client needs.

6. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.

7. **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
