The Design team at Dream11 consists of User Experience Researchers, UX Designers, Product Designers, Graphics Designers and Illustrators. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that the products and experiences delivered to our users are not only useful and usable, but that they accurately reflect our brand and are a delight to use. **Your Role**:

- Deliver concrete end-to-end innovative interactive solutions to a high level problem that help define a product vision focusing on performance and scalability
- Your skill level across product visualisation, Ideation, interactive animation, execution & craft is generally solid across the board, with one or more areas being areas of particular strength
- Elevate the quality of motion designs, experiment with new techniques, stay updated on industry trends and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement
- Engage more actively in strategic discussions and contribute ideas on how motion design can play a pivotal role in achieving long-term product goals
- Work closely with stakeholders of product, graphic and illustration to convert the product vision into innovative concepts that enhance user engagement

**Qualifiers**:

- 3+ years of relevant work experience as motion graphics
- Strong portfolio of work that showcases a mix of process driven and practical interaction skills including lottie, videos, rive, figma etc
- Mix of artistic talent and technical expertise, demonstrating a strong background in prototyping and interaction design
- Experience using principle, protopie, figma, after effects and other tools of the trade to create compelling designs and prototypes
- You establish a collaborative environment that encourages the exchange of ideas with peers and stakeholders
- Full project lifecycle experience from concept to completion in an agile development process
