**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable**:

- Process and verify invoices, and payment requests.
- Prepare and execute timely payments to vendors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage the AP ledger and ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Monitor the AP aging and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices.
- Maintaining records of invoice discrepancies and monthly accruals in order to tie the supplier balance on monthly basis.
- **Accounts Receivable**:

- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables, ensuring timely collection of payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain and update customer records in the financial system.
- Prepare and review AR aging reports to ensure prompt collection efforts.
- Understanding of Authorization, authentication, batching, clearing and settlement of the credit card related transactions.
- Work closely with the sales or operation team team to resolve billing issues and improve the AR process.
- Generate and send payment links customers in a timely manner.
- **General**:

- Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing necessary journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all AP and AR transactions.
- Prepare reports and analysis on AP and AR activities as required by management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamic 365, TINA etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a multinational company or shared services environment.
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards and regulations.
