Outreach Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Community Engagement: Build relationships with local schools, colleges, and communities to create referral networks and partnerships that expand our brand reach.
- Event Coordination: Organize and participate in career fairs, admission drives, and workshops to engage potential students and increase brand visibility.
- Lead Generation: Identify and connect with prospective students and partners through market research, networking, and online resources.
- Sales and Consultations: Conduct consultations with students and parents, providing detailed information on admission processes, career guidance, and the benefits of our programs.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand competitors, identify emerging trends in education, and leverage insights to adjust business strategies.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach and business development efforts with company goals.
- Content Creation: Work with the content team to create targeted materials (brochures, presentations, social media posts) that effectively communicate our offerings and value.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in outreach marketing, business development, or sales in the education or career guidance industry.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Work Location**: Learntech Edu Solutions Pvt. Ltd. #80 (Old No.4), 'D' Main, East End, 9th Block Jayanagar, Bangalore-560041

**Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
