**Job Title: UiPath RPA Tester (Mid-Level)**

**Location**:**Bangalore / Mohali / Vizag

**We are seeking a skilled UiPath RPA Tester to join our dynamic team.
- As a Mid-Level UiPath RPA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to design and execute comprehensive test strategies, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across various automation processes.

**Responsibilities**:**
- Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for UiPath RPA solutions.
- Execute functional, regression, and performance testing of RPA workflows to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of UiPath bots in real-world scenarios to validate functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Document test results, create test reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in RPA testing methodologies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in RPA testing, preferably using **UiPath**.
- Strong expertise in **UiPath Studio**, **Orchestrator**, and **REFramework**.
- Solid understanding of **end-to-end RPA lifecycle**, including development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Demonstrated ability to create detailed **test plans**, **test cases**, and **test automation scripts**for RPA workflows.
- Familiarity with **debugging and exception handling**in UiPath workflows.
- Proven experience with **version control systems**(e.g., Git) and **CI/CD pipelines**for automation testing.
- Strong understanding of **SQL**and experience in **database testing**and validation.
- Ability to perform **performance/load testing**on RPA bots to ensure scalability.
- Understanding of **API testing**and ability to test integrations with third-party systems.
- Excellent **documentation**skills for reporting defects, root cause analysis, and creating knowledge base content.
- Strong **analytical**and **problem-solving**skills with attention to detail.
- **UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification**(mandatory or must be completed within probation).
- **ISTQB Foundation Level**or equivalent software testing certification.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprint ceremonies.
- Knowledge of **automation test frameworks.**
- Prior experience in testing attended and unattended bots in **production-like environments.**

**Nice to Have**:**
- Experience in **automation testing of AI/ML or document understanding processes**within UiPath.
- Understanding of **security**and **compliance**requirements in RPA implementations (e.g., data masking, audit logs).
- Hands-on experience with **PowerShell**or **Python**scripting for test automation utilities.
- Ability to mentor junior testers or work independently on multiple concurrent automation initiatives.
