**Position**:Telecaller - Business Development Associate

**Location**: RGREP, Leisure Valley Park, Sector 29, Gurgaon

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller - Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential companies and organizations to explore collaboration opportunities and qualify leads for our offerings. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our network of partners and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential companies and organizations to introduce Sustainable Oasis and our offerings.
- Identify key decision-makers and build relationships with prospects through effective communication.
- Understand the needs and requirements of prospects and articulate how our solutions can add value to their business.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure accurate documentation of lead information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular updates on call activities, lead qualification status, and market feedback to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
- Strong ability to engage prospects, build rapport, and establish credibility.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus.
