**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about our courses, admission process, and academy facilities.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information to potential students.
- Maintain and update the student database on a daily basis.
- Follow up with interested leads regularly to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, fees structure, and special offers clearly and confidently.
- Schedule and coordinate counseling sessions or campus visits.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the management.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with students and parents.
- Collect feedback and address any queries or concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with the admission and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate or 12th pass with good communication skills.
- Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in an educational institute or similar industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and basic English; knowledge of other regional languages is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
