**Position: MEP Mechanical Costing and Estimation Specialist**

**Location**: Thane
- Concept/schematic costing
- Quantity take-off
- BOQ preparation
- Bill certification
- Analyzing and estimating costs
- Rate analysis for plumbing, mechanical, and firefighting (MEP) systems for construction projects
- Tender management

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5-6 years of experience in MEP Mechanical engineering and cost estimation

**Technical Skills**:

- Excellent knowledge of building codes, market rates, and regulations
- Relevant experience with conceptual and detailed cost estimation and proposal preparation
- Proficient in CAD software and MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Soft Skills**:

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Construction estimating: 4 years (preferred)
- Plumbing & Firefighting: 4 years (preferred)
