Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up

on work results

2 Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions

3 Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing report with potential and

actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements

4 Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories

5Protect employees and production team by providing a safe and clean store environment

6Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements

7Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and

personnel policies and procedures

8Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and

shippers.

9Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and

performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development

10Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable

11Performs related and additional store manager duties as needed.

12Attend and or conduct morning meetings with the team and maintain daily reports.

13Participate in review meetings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
