**Urgent Hiring For Client Relationship Executive**

**Key Tasks**:
** Call prospects via phone, WhatsApp —pitch clearly, handle objections, and close the appointment confidently.**

** Maintain a guest pipeline (e.g. spreadsheet), track outreach status and follow-ups.**

** Often Visit guests’ offices in nearby areas to help build rapport and make that invitation more compelling.**

** Secure confirmations and manage scheduling—coordinate dates, reminders, and guest prep.**

** Smart, well‑spoken, and Confident—especially on calls and face‑to‑face meetings**

** Comfortable with visiting high profile guests physically, combined with calling outreach**

** Fluent in Bengali, Hindi & English**

** Excellent communication skills.**

** Highly organized and proactive—able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously with attention to detail**
