Supervising / performing operation & Maintenance works of wide range of air-conditioning & refrigeration units including 3 c & 10 c PHE Chilling plant, Cold Storage, Blast Freezer, Food Processing, R.O. plant, E.T.P. plant, Air handling unit, HVAC system, central chilling plant brine plant, screw chillers & utility piping etc ( Hindustan Lever Ltd)
- Implementing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to ensure uninterrupted availability of machines and equipment.
- Regularly monitoring the condition of equipment and initiating advance maintenance action well in time to avoid major operational mishaps.
- Conducting fault diagnosis, identifying root cause of failures and implementing quick breakdown solutions to put the equipments back in operation within minimum lead time.
- Coordinating with purchase section to ensure availability of all required general and critical spares.
- Ensuring observance of all safety norms in perfuming operation and maintenance jobs. Managing execution of all the jobs under permit to work (PTW system). Effectively using of all protective equipments while on job.
- Expert in using wide range of safety gadgets such as ear muffs, safety goggles, safety gas mask, hand gloves, safety helmet & shoes.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of fire fighting equipment, fire hydrant system, safety showerso Plan and supervise the work of electricians & estimate electrical jobs. o Advise coordinator and assistant director of technical problems. o Concerned with installation, modification and repair of electrical assignments. o Determine procedures for maintenance, installation, modification and repair of electrical assignments. o Inspect work to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and electrical assignments. o Examine electrical services for proper working procedures. o Perform related work as required & Non-Compliance of the Plant. o Maintain records on electrical jobs and assign to appropriate personnel. o Maintain knowledge of electrical materials in warehouse. o Plan and schedule projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates & maintain records, files and prepare reports o Having good knowledge of OSD equipment’s (Granulation, Compression, Coating and Blister) preventive maintenance. o And also can handle the maintenance of QC Instruments and breakdown of equipment’s

& water sprinklers.
- Successfully handled maintenance of ammonia leak detection system in the plant.
- Regularly attended monthly safety meeting as Member of Safety Committee.

**Salary**: ₹30,883.33 - ₹35,003.35 per month
