**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of students.
- Training students on assigned curriculum related to Soft Skills, Communication Skills, and ESL.
- Develop or modify the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
- Deliver Pre-defined courses and enhance them.
- Interpersonal & motivational skills.
- Assess training effectiveness if needed organize refreshers.
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes and are updated.
- Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in student development.
- Guiding students on High energy level and ability to engage with students and establish quick connects.
- UG / PG: Any Graduate / PG - Any Specialization.
- Possess effective communication skills.
- Self-Motivated and Team Player.
- Experience of classroom teaching/training.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
