**Position Title**: Album Designer

**Reports To**: Creative Director

**Job Overview**:
The Album Designer is responsible for the visual design and creative direction of album artwork and related promotional materials. This role involves collaborating closely with photographers, and marketing teams to develop unique, engaging, and on-brand album covers, booklet designs, and packaging that enhance the artist's vision and resonate with the target audience. The Album Designer will ensure that all design materials are completed on time, meet the project’s aesthetic goals, and align with the overall branding of the artist.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Album Cover Design**:

- Create original and visually compelling album artwork that complements the artist's vision.
- Conceptualize, design, and finalize album covers, booklets, and packaging
- **Branding & Visual Identity**:

- Develop a cohesive visual identity for the album, including typography, color schemes, and layout.
- Maintain consistency with the artist’s brand while introducing innovative and fresh design elements.
- **Collaboration & Feedback**:

- Present design concepts and revisions to internal teams and clients for feedback and approval.
- Incorporate constructive feedback and make adjustments to designs as needed.
- **Digital Design**:

- Design digital assets such as social media graphics, website visuals, and promotional banners to support the album's release.
- **Trend Awareness & Innovation**:

- Stay updated on current design trends, new technologies, and developments in the music and entertainment industries.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing album covers, and other related creative work.
- **Proficiency in Design Software**: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) and other industry-standard tools.
- **Creativity**: Strong ability to think creatively, conceptualize ideas, and translate them visually in a compelling way.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail, ensuring all design elements are polished and aligned with project goals.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to resolve design challenges and offer solutions that satisfy both artistic and technical needs.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Strong sense of aesthetics, style, and cultural awareness.
