**URGENTLY REQUIRED EA cum CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER FOR A BUSINESS HOUSE IN JAIPUR**
**1. Client Relationship Management**
- **Goal**: Ensure smooth communication and satisfaction for all clients.
- **Tasks**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries, feedback, and scheduling.
- Regularly check in with clients to monitor their progress, address challenges, and maintain strong relationships.
- Conduct follow-up sessions to reinforce learnings and collect feedback on coaching effectiveness.
**2. Session Preparation and Follow-up**
- **Goal**: Maximize the coach's impact and clients' progress.
- **Tasks**:
- Prepare briefs and background research for coaching sessions, customizing based on each client’s needs.
- Document and summarize session takeaways, action points, and share them with clients for accountability.
- Track client progress on commitments, identifying potential areas for deeper support or follow-up sessions.
**3. Administrative Support**
- **Goal**: Streamline and manage the coach’s schedule and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- **Tasks**:
- Schedule and organize all coaching sessions, ensuring mínimal scheduling conflicts and timely reminders.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions, sessions, and feedback.
**4. Operational and Project Management**
- **Goal**: Enable effective planning, execution, and measurement of coaching programs and initiatives.
- **Tasks**:
- Assist in planning and organizing group workshops, webinars, and other events.
- Monitor key metrics related to client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Work closely with the coach to initiate and manage projects aimed at enhancing client experience or internal processes.
**5. Continuous Improvement and Client Feedback Loop**
- **Goal**: Ensure client feedback is integrated into coaching improvements.
- **Tasks**:
- Gather and analyze feedback to identify common themes and potential areas for improvement.
- Regularly present insights and recommendations to the coach for refining the coaching approach.
- Propose initiatives based on feedback, such as additional support structures or specific resources to better serve client needs.
**6. Goal Tracking and Performance Reporting**
- **Goal**: Maintain clarity on clients’ goals and progress while supporting transparency with reporting.
- **Tasks**:
- Develop and maintain a client goal-tracking system, allowing both clients and the coach to measure and see progress.
- Produce monthly reports summarizing client performance metrics, feedback, and coaching outcomes for review by the coach.
- Set up regular feedback sessions with clients to evaluate progress and recalibrate goals when necessary.
**SALARY-**
25k-30K PM CTC

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
