**Work Experience**:

- We need a minimum of 3 years of experience in journalism
- The role will be based in our office in New Delhi (ITO)
- Salary according to industry standards ( 50-60k per month)

**Job Role**:

- Content Planning: Collaborating with the editorial team to determine the overall content strategy and themes for each issue of the magazine. This involves brainstorming ideas, selecting topics, and assigning articles to writers.
- Editing and Proofreading: Reviewing and editing articles for grammar, style, clarity, and accuracy. Ensuring that the content adheres to the magazine's tone and style guidelines. Correcting errors and suggesting revisions to improve readability.
- Research and Fact-Checking: Conducting research to ensure the accuracy and credibility of information presented in articles. Verifying facts, statistics, and sources to maintain the magazine's reputation for quality and reliability.
- Layout and Design Coordination: Collaborating with the design team to ensure that the visual elements of the magazine complement the written content. Coordinating the placement of articles, images, and other graphical elements to create an appealing and engaging layout.
- Meeting Deadlines: Managing the production schedule and ensuring that articles are completed, edited, and delivered on time. Coordinating with the production team to meet printing and distribution deadlines.
- Staying Current: Keeping up with industry trends, new developments, and emerging topics to ensure that the magazine remains relevant and engaging to its target audience.
- Collaborating with Other Departments: Working closely with the advertising, marketing, and sales teams to coordinate content that aligns with business objectives and meets advertiser requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
