The IT Executive will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the resort's technology infrastructure and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This includes managing software systems, network connectivity, cybersecurity, guest-facing tech services, and providing technical support to staff.
**Key Responsibilities:1. Systems & Network Management**
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot the resort's LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Ensure smooth functioning of servers, switches, routers, and other networking equipment.
- Perform regular system backups and maintain disaster recovery plans.
**2. Software & Applications**
- Manage and support Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), Booking Engines, and other hospitality software.
- Provide support for accounting, HR, and CRM software used by the resort.
**3. Hardware Maintenance**
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, biometric systems, projectors, and other devices.
- Liaise with vendors for the procurement and servicing of IT equipment.
**4. Guest Services & Support**
- Ensure high-speed and reliable internet access for guests.
- Address and resolve guest complaints related to IT (e.g., Wi-Fi access, room automation systems).
**5. Security & Compliance**
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity practices to protect resort data.
- Keep antivirus, firewall, and anti-malware solutions up to date.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal IT policies.
**6. Support & Training**
- Provide first-level IT support to all resort staff.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new systems and IT best practices.
**7. Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and service agreements.
- Prepare regular reports on system performance, outages, and issues resolved.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Engg. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of hospitality software (e.g., IDS, Opera, eZee, or similar).
- Good understanding of network infrastructure, Windows/Linux OS, and basic cybersecurity.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency IT situations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
