Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Management: Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities. Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures. Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and adjust teaching strategies to meet their needs.

Assessment and Evaluation: Assess students' work and provide timely and constructive feedback to help them improve. Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development. Prepare and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate students' understanding and progress.

Technology Integration: Integrate modern educational technologies into lessons to enhance learning and provide practical exposure to students. Guide students in the use of technology and robotics kits for hands-on learning and projects.

Professional Development: Participate in professional workshops, seminars, and courses to stay updated with the latest educational trends and technology advancements. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the teaching and learning experience within the school.

Parental and Community Involvement: Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress, class activities, and any concerns. Engage with the school community to promote STEM education and awareness.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Robotics, or a related field. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of programming languages, computer science concepts, and robotics systems. Experience in teaching computer science or robotics at the secondary school level is an advantage.

Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, etc. Familiarity with educational technology and robotics kits such as Arduino, LEGO Mindstorms, etc. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

Work Environment: The teacher will work in a classroom setting with students aged 11-16 years. May involve handling of educational robotics kits and other tech equipment.
