**Key Responsibilities**

**Lead Generation**:

- Make outbound calls to generate new leads for sales and marketing teams.
- Qualify prospects, collect relevant customer information, and update CRM.

**Event Assignment & Coordination**:

- Assign leads to field sales teams and track progress.
- Schedule product demos, shopfloor visits, or events for prospects.
- Ensure proper follow-up before and after events to maximize conversions.

**Voice Process & Customer Interaction**:

- Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism.
- Explain company products and services clearly to potential customers.
- Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues to the right department.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and daily reporting.
- Meet weekly/monthly calling targets, lead conversion targets, and event follow-up SLAs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

**Education**: Graduate (Any stream)

**Experience**: 2-4 years
- Strong communication skills in **Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada** (English is an advantage) - **mandatory requirement**:

- Good listening skills, telephone etiquette, and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of CRM / Excel for lead tracking
- Target-oriented mindset and ability to work under deadlines

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹27,000 per month + Incentives (based on experience)
