**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries via phone calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information related to products, services, or technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Maintain call logs and customer records as per process requirements.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics such as quality, accuracy, and productivity.
- Work in collaboration with other departments for issue resolution and escalations.
- Follow company communication scripts and standard procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Neutral or US/UK accent preferred).
- Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
- Good listening skills.
- Previous experience in a call center or voice-based process is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
