Marchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with the product development team to source and select merchandise that aligns with customer preferences and brand standards
- Plan and manage product assortment, including assortment planning, forecasting, and inventory management
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise
- Determine pricing strategies, promotions, and markdown plans to optimize sales and margins
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies, ensuring attractive product presentation and effective use of retail space

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of merchandising principles, retail operations, and consumer behavior
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Proficiency in retail merchandising software and tools

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
