**Position Summary**:
Oversee the in-patient billing operations, ensuring compliance with NABH standards and accurate billing practices.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire billing cycle for in-patient services, including invoice generation, claim processing, and payment collection.
- Ensure accuracy in billing codes and patient information to prevent discrepancies and facilitate smooth claim approvals.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to resolve any billing-related issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all billing transactions, adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
- Implement and monitor billing procedures to comply with NABH accreditation requirements and healthcare regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to in-patient billing, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Train and supervise billing department staff, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous development.
- **Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hospital billing, preferably in an NABH-accredited institution.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, billing software, and insurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
