**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform ARC welding operations to assemble electric loader vehicle components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools.
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify any flaws or defects.
- Ensure all welds meet company quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as they arise.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance welding processes and product quality.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an ARC Welder, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in welding tasks.
- Good physical condition, with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot welding issues.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
